I started managing montessori schools in 1998, starting in Clontarf, then Raheny and now Skerries. I have been the owner/manager of Kelly’s Bay Montessori Ltd since August 2017.
I love spending time with my children (even though they are bigger than me now); my parents; friends & colleagues. I moved to Skerries in 2014 and feel very blessed to live in such a lovely community.
I enjoy going for walks, especially on the beach, eating out, doing little projects around the house, meeting up with friends and travelling.
I am passionate about my business and so happy to have this opportunity to get to know so many families and their little ones and having such an amazing team makes it all so much more than just a business – its an extension of my family!

Over 8 years employed within the sector including employment in 2 other settings before joining Kelly’s Bay Montessori in September 2017. I also have over 10 years experience in various office administration roles including Office Manager in an accountancy practice, before taking a career break to raise my family.
I’m a mum to 4 children – Ryan, Aaron, Aoife & Bethan and I have one dog called Teddy. I spend much of my spare time doing drop offs / pick-ups for GAA, Irish dancing, ballet and athletics.
I grew up in Skerries but got the travel bug and travelled around Australia for a year. I decided to gain my qualifications in childcare to enable me to work part-time while still being able to look after my children in the afternoons and school holidays. I have not looked back! In whatever spare time I find I love to go power walking and do some gardening!

I completed an array of work placements during my college years. I’m employed in the sector since I graduated in 2012. I joined the team in Kelly’s Bay Montessori in September 2013.
I live in a village near Drogheda. I love to spend time with my family and dog Tic Tac. I enjoy scenic walks and socialising with friends at the weekends or going on an adventure down the country. Early mornings in the gym help me kick start my day ready for the busy day with the kiddies in school. I enjoy small craft projects in my spare time and take up the occasional class.
Like most people I love to get away and explore the world from the shores of Donegal to the islands of Thailand. I’ve been to a wedding in India, done some volunteering in Vietnam, lived in America for a few months, explored cities in Europe. Hopefully the list will continue to grow!

During my Level 6 training I undertook my work placement with Cheryl & Breiffne, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I have been working at KBM since Spring 2019. My past work experience includes delivering training and tutoring on QQI Level 5 and Level 6 Early Childhood Care & Education courses. I also spent almost 10 years working in the HR department of a large financial services company. Prior to that I worked in various cultural and heritage organisations. Being an Education Assistant in the National Museum of Ireland for 18 months was my favourite role during that time.
I am married to Dave and we have 3 children – Doireann, Ruadhan and Caoilinn. We live in Skerries where we both grew up. Its lovely to see our own kids growing up in such a beautiful and friendly town.
I was lucky to have spent 5 years as a stay at home mammy when the children were younger. My current role as an early years educator allows me to make a difference to young children’s learning and development journey, while also being able to work around my own family life. I am thoroughly enjoying my time in KBM.

I have 2 little girls at home who are my absolute world. My husband Aidan, the girls and I have recently moved back to Skerries after 13 years in Lusk. I enjoy spending time with my 2 sisters, parents and extended family.
I love going for walks along the Skerries beaches. I have a keen interest in web development and social media marketing and hope to start a course in these areas soon! I love to watch all kinds of reality TV, listen to 80s music and I am a complete morning person. The earlier the better!

I live in Skerries with my husband Donal and our two children Dani and Liam. In 2015 my daughter Dani was diagnosed with additional needs which is why I developed a keen interest in neurodiversity and supporting children.

I also love travelling and exploring Ireland and further afield, watching a good movie and the occasional shopping trip!
I decided to take a career break to stay at home with the boys when they were small but now that my youngest has started primary school, I am really enjoying every minute at Kelly’s Bay Montessori!

I spent time providing support to nurseries and schools that my children attended as part of the Parent Teacher Associates. I enjoyed providing lunch cover and being involved in the education and welfare of children.
Once I made the decision to return to early childhood care and education, I enrolled in and successfully completed the QQI Level 5 Special Needs Assisting course. I have since been warmly welcomed into the KBM team.
I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, going to the gym and family holidays, both in Ireland and abroad.
